Aberporth to Tresaith Coast Path

Most of this short route is very accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs, taking you along the coast path from the lovely seaside village of Aberporth to Tresaith, another smaller village. The path is tarmacked and mostly flat, although access down to Tresaith is steep and not easily passable with prams etc. We’d recommend starting in Aberporth and making the most of the many picnic benches dotted along this route, with far-reaching, panoramic views over the sea, before turning back just before Tresaith.

There is plenty of parking in Aberporth, the nearest site being the old chapel (follow the Sat Nav to postcode SA43 2HA) or park down at the beach car park if you don’t mind a little hill.

Tip: This is our favourite place for dolphin spotting on a calm day! At Aberporth, keep your eyes peeled on the headland to the left for a dorsal fin or two – Cardigan Bay’s 250-strong pod of bottlenose dolphins are never too far away.
